I am approaching my 65th birthday, when should I start thinking about Medicare?
Within six months of turning age 65, you should begin preparing for changes to your health insurance by way of Medicare. If you haven’t yet done any “leg work” and you are much closer to that birthday, don’t worry. We are able to make the process as smooth as possible.
The first step is to contact Lori Good at Beck Insurance Agency for a quick overview of what to expect, and to clear up any questions that you may have.
Please remember that using a licensed and certified Medicare insurance agent does not cost you any more than going it alone. In fact, using an agent can save you money by getting you in the best plan for you and your needs.
Step two is to contact your local Social Security Office to get your new Medicare card issued. Find your local Social Security Office here.
Once you have your Medicare card, all you need to do is reach out to Lori Good to schedule a full review of your needs and options.
Lori will take the time to get to know you and your needs, show you all of the available plans, explain to you the differences in each, and which options she recommends for you – and why.
To schedule your review, or if you have any questions, please contact Lori at Beck Insurance Agency in Whitehouse or Archbold, Ohio. You can reach Lori by calling 419-446-2777, you can send an email to help@beckinsurance.com, or by submitting your inquiry here.
