Hope you had good fishing this weekend with the nice but windy weather. A nice break from the cold.
I just wanted to tell you all how impressed Jim & I are with our auto insurance. When I was rear ended about a month ago, your representatives in our area were on the phone that very afternoon setting up claim appointments & getting relevant info. Charlie, the guy who came out to write up the appraisal or whatever it is called, really helped. He was thorough, knowledgeable & helped Jim narrow down a shop to take the car to.
The parts were ordered & 6 days after the accident, the car was in the shop getting repaired & the insurance had set up a rental car that was delivered to the auto shop. Jim picked up our car that Thursday 9 days after the accident fixed, clean & running great. We couldn’t be more pleased.
Above & beyond that wonderful service, when the representative called me the afternoon of the accident he explained the mini tort procedure for reimbursement of our deductible. We expected to have to make numerous phone calls, copy sheets of paperwork etc to get the ball rolling on the reimbursement. On the day after we picked up our repaired car, we received our deductible reimbursement in the mail! We had to do nothing, you all handled it all!!!
I’ve told all this to someone from the insurance company who called after all the repairs were made but wanted to be sure you all knew too. You can bet we’ll continue with your company when our policy is due & will tell others about the awesome service. Thank you!!!!!
