Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) starts NEXT WEEK!!
If you haven’t heard it on the radio, seen it on TV, or read about it in the newspaper, Medicare’s Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) begins on October 15th.
While each year brings some changes, 2025 is expected to see the most significant adjustments.
These changes may impact your current Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) or Medicare Advantage Plan (MAPD).
This year, the current administration has eliminated the “donut hole,” a period during which some medications become more expensive as the year progresses. This change has led to some modifications for PDPs.
Medicare beneficiaries should have received their Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) from their current provider. This letter details any changes set to take effect in January 2025.
Additionally, with the closure of Rite Aid pharmacies, now is the time to review your plans.
At Beck Insurance Agency, we strongly suggest consulting with an independent agent who can discuss these changes. A review allows you to assess your current plan to ensure it still meets your needs. If you don’t have an agent, we would be glad to assist!
Please call Beck Insurance at 419-446-2777 to schedule an appointment with Lori Good. We have offices in Archbold and Whitehouse and also offer in-home or phone consultations.
As these changes approach, please reach out to ensure you end the year with confidence about your coverage for the upcoming year. You can also send an email to help@beckinsurance.com or submit a request online here.
