Are you new to Celina Insurance Group or just new to having online access of your policy? Here are steps on how to use Celina Insurance Group’s online portal.
After your policy is issued with Celina Insurance Group, you can register for a My Policy account.
It’s highly recommended. The registration process is simple and first requires you to submit your nine-digit policy number, then the last four digits of your Social Security number.
The second step of the registration process will prompt you for some basic information. Name, username, email address, and a password. A mobile number is also optional. After that, read and agree to the Terms of Use disclaimer and click Register.
To complete the registration process, you will be prompted to open an email and click on a link.
Once inside the site, you can make payments safely and securely online, manage payment information, update your credit card or bank information, or go paperless. Email notifications will be sent letting you know when policy documents are available, get auto ID cards, view your policy information, including coverage types and limits,
You can also find information on how to report a claim.
Each section is designed to be straightforward. For instance, if you click on View Policy, some basic information about the policy will first appear. A policy documents button at the bottom of the screen will lead you to a list of all applicable documents in PDF form.
