After your policy is issued with Celina Insurance Group you can register for a “My Policy Account“. It’s highly recommended.
The registration process is simple. It first requires you to submit your nine digit policy number. Then, the last four digits of your social security number.
The second step of the registration process will prompt you for some basic information such as name, username, email address, and a password. A mobile number is also optional. After that, read and agree to the terms of use disclaimer and click register.
To complete the registration process, you will be prompted to open an email and click on our link.
Once inside the site you can make payments safely and securely online, manage payment information, update your credit card or bank information, go paperless, get auto ID cards, view your policy information including coverage types and limits, or find information on how to report a claim.
Each section is designed to be straightforward. For instance, if you click on view policy – some basic information about the policy will first appear. A policy documents button at the bottom of the screen will lead you to a list of all applicable documents in pdf form. The most recent document is always listed first.
